The Mathioudakis Family Organic Cretan Bakery was founded in 1979 introducing the whole grain bread products.
In 2007 we shifted to organic production & since 2015 we only produce certified organic products.
As of September 2017 we are the first purely organic bakery in Greece and our products are registered with the Vegan Society as we don’t use any animal derivatives.
Some of our main ingredients? Extra virgin olive oil, coconut milk & coconut sugar, quinoa flour, chia seeds and sea salt.
